We are looking for an upbeat, customer service-oriented professional to enhance our team! The assistant manager is responsible for ensuring high standards are met by creating a “wow” experience for every guest, increasing product sales, and exciting our team. A typical day consists of opening/closing salon, supervising up to 10 employees, assisting with inventory, driving retail sales, and upholding exceptional guest experiences. Effective use of Microsoft Suite, multi-tasking, great attention to detail, creative-thinking, and great communication skills are strongly desired.
